Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product for any reason within 30 days for a full refund of the product price at which it was purchased. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please email us aitreasure@126.com for further instructions and notification of return. Please include a copy of your sales slip and contact information.

We guarantee that all of our parts will work. If you receive a product or a sensor from us that does not, please contact us and we will replace your item at no cost. Please include your contact information and a copy of your sales slip.

We will issue your refund via the method it was originally purchased when we receive the unused product.  Please note that if you are an international customer, this may take a few weeks before we receive the parcel.
